I've got a re-conditioned Diamond AF19 plus a Hegner 1 and a Hegner 2 VS. They're all good saws and the Hegner blade change is really quick.

I've not managed anything like 7 seconds myself with the Diamond, although I wouldn't dispute that it's a possibility. Perhaps I just don't have the knack yet, or perhaps I don't have the right blade holder - I'm using a Type 7. Actually, it's not the blade change that I'm slow with - it's releasing the tension beforehand and tightening it up afterwards.
