Here's a picture frame cut from MDF with a relief-cut dancer motif. Although it looks simple, it was quite taxing to design and cut. Applying the backer board and acrylic sheet was also challenging, so I've provided a piccy of how I went about this.

Thanks Gill. That looks like it could have ended in disaster, if you were not lucky, send more please I am planning to change the Gallery I as soon as I get time
